A variety of fish were landed today aboard the Pirate’s Cove Fleet. The nearshore fleet had catches of bluefish, spanish mackerel and an all day Nearshore trip brought in Citation Cobia. The following anglers were awarded Citations : Chris Roper of Jacksonville FL for a 57 lb Cobia ;Jonathan Roper of Solana Beach CA for a 77 lb Cobia. Offshore action had catches of gaffer dolphin, yellowfin tuna and several billfish releases. Citations were issued to: Steve Myers of Chesterfield VA for a White Marlin Release; DJ Johnson of Augusta GA for a Blue Marlin Release; and several citations were issued for Tile fish in excess of 10 pounds. We are looking for more anglers for Charters this week. The 6th Annual Tuna Round-Up is being held here this Friday and Saturday with registration here on Thursday June 2nd.
