The northeast winds created less than ideal conditions for the offshore and nearshore fleets but the catch was better than expected with large gaffer dolphin and some yellowfin tuna landed.  Two white marlin of citation size were tagged and released by 2 anglers on the same boat.  The nearshore catch and inlet were strong with bluefish and keeper flounder.  Diminishing winds and sunny skies should produce ideal conditions for the completion tomorrow of the 6th annual Tuna Roundup.  Come by the marina between 4:30 and 5:30 PM and view the catch and weigh-in.  And be sure to stop by the Tiki Hut for a cool, refreshing drink.  Call 1-800-367-4728 for more information on our charter fishing offerings.
