Despite the blistering heat, fishing was generally good today.
The Offshore fleet brought in a mix of Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo and Dolphin. Several citations were awarded to anglers releasing Blue Marlin and Sailfish.
In wreck fishing there was a nice catch of Tilefish and Sea Bass along with a couple of nice Grouper.
Limits of Spanish mackeral were caught on the near shore trips today, and thirteen year old Brandon Tuck caught his first Cobia today while fishing on the Marauder. The Cobia weighed in at 40 pounds earning him a citation!
