Despite the nasty weather at the marina today, the fishing was very good offshore.
White Marlin were caught in good numbers today with over twenty releases reported for the day. One Blue Marlin was released and a few Sailfish. A citation was awarded to Michael Ayer for a 47# Wahoo. A few Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna and Dolphin were also reported.
Citations for White Marlin went to Karl Schmidt, Joe Malaska, Michael Ayer, Mark Schoemaker, Kevin Wuchter, Lindsey Wuchter, Leonard Mills, James Swann, Luke Hardee and Michael Ritchie. Citations for Sailfish were also awarded to Barry Swann, Leonard Mills, Kevin Wuchter and Mark Schoemaker.
