The warm waters and incredible Sailfish bite call a few of our charter boats down to Isla Mujeres, Mexico every Winter. This year, A-Salt-Weapon, Country Girl, Haphazard & Obsession made their way South for a few months. The Sailfish bite in Isla yeilds more than 20-30 a DAY per boat on average! Additionally, yet not limited to, the Wahoo, Grouper & Snapper catch is incredible this time of year.
The annual Island Time Fishing Festival is a Sailfish Tournament which consists of two of four days fishing. This is a catch and release tournament and awards are given to Boats, Anglers and Jr. Anglers with the most releases. There are also awards for heaviest Wahoo, Tuna, Dolphin and King Mackerel.
