Today the catches were mixed with some boats really doing well with good amounts of Yellowfin Tuna and Gaffer Dolphin and others with a smaller mixed catch.  Today the weather was beautiful and the ocean was slick calm.  The story of the day was a giant Bigeye in the 200 pound range.  One Blue Marlin and a Sailfish were caught and released.

The Nearshore fleet really did well today especially well with limits of Spanish Mackerel being caught on each trip.  My favorite thing to hear at the Booking Desk is comments like, "We will definately be coming back." or "Those guys are great and sure know what their doing."  Today most of the Inshore trips were capped off with giant Cobia to go with the great Mackerel catches.  Quite a few folks were ready to book another trip as soon as they hit the docks.  Some massive schools of Red Drum, in the 50 pound range, were spotted several times today. Hopefully there will be some reports on them in the coming days.

The Inlet trips limited out on Speckled Trout again today and those folks will be eating good tonight.
