If there is anything we can CALL GOOD to come FROM IRENE; today proved without a doubt, IT’S THE FISHING!! While only a few boats went out today as we await the return of our outer banks tourists, those avid fishermen that jumped aboard a vessel in our fleet had the thrill of a lifetime with constant steady rod action.
Captain Jessie of the Bi-Op-Sea backed in with a fish box slam full of meat! His crew cranked in 6 MONSTER YELLOWFIN TUNAS, roughly 25 MAHI-MAHIS, and 1 BLACKFIN TUNA. I must admit, being quite the zealous fisherwoman myself, these fellows earned themselves some serious bragging rights that are going to be very hard to be beat!
Also, our congratulations go out to Tyler Eggleton from Monkton, Md, who earned himself a NC Saltwater Citation by weighing in a 45LB. WAHOO.
OUR GAS DOCK IS NOW OPEN; NON-ETHANOL FUEL NOW AVAILABLE
