The fleet experienced calmer seas and blue skies today, for the last weekend in October. The offshore guys mostly reported Blackfin Tuna with up to 30 per boat. Only a couple of Yellowfin Tuna were boated, as well as a few nice Wahoo. Martin Weatherford earned a citation for a 52 pound wahoo and Kurt Vaden earned a citation for a 45 pound Wahoo, both fishing on the Country Girl. A citation was also awarded for a Blue Marlin release to Aaron Lavoie fishing on the Obsession.
Bluefish and Albacore provided lots of action for the Nearshore boats today!
