The fishing was on FIRE!!! The fleet had a STUPENDOUS offshore fishing day catching TONS of mahi, a mix of baylors and gaffers and some yellowfin tuna! Several boats reeled in some BIG EYE TUNA, on First Crack, Christopher Daughtery had a 215lb big eye. On the Obsession, Bobby Halfond had a 100lb big eye and Neil Durham reeled in a 114lb big eye!! James Servonsky released a 500lb+ BLUE MARLIN and Edward Haagsma released a SAILFISH off of the Country Girl!! The rest of Country Girl’s anglers, Chris Wajciechowski, John Sweet, Doug Gordon, Montage Rainey, and Daniel Little caught 2 citation BIG EYES and 75 dolphin!
Our nearshore fleet had a pretty satisfying day themselves catching bluefish, LOTS of Spanish mackerel, and even a cobia!
