The Nearshore fleet has an exciting day today with catches of bluefish and amberjacks.

A wreck fishing trip aboard the Country Girl resulted in good catches of tilefish and seabass. Our offshore fleet  had a good day with good catches of 6 yellowfin tuna weighing about 60 pounds each aboard the Bi Op Sea. Dr. Ronald Householder of North Tazewell VA caught and released a 550 pound Blue Marlin.  Congratulations!  The Hog Wild returned from a successful overnight trip  with a catch of Dolphin and Tuna.  Some of the marina staff went fishing aboard a private boat, Sea Rounds and Charles Hecht caught and released his first Sailfish.  Great Job Charlie!

If you have never been nearshore or offshore fishing, you should give fishing a try!  It’s a great experience that you’ll never forget. Give us a call  to check into our make up charters. We have 3 people that want to fish offshore on Saturday, so we need 3 more people. Give us a call at 252-473-3906.
